Overall overview

Stplas series crushers have different specifications. Under the direct rotation of 800mm, the length of the rotary shaft ranges from 800-2000mm. The entire heavy-duty welded steel frame structure generally meets all application areas. The BX series crusher is equipped with heavy-duty bearings, blades and rotating shafts. The standard V-shaped cutting angle can maximize the output and the proportion of powdering is very low. The inner fixed blade design can automatically adjust the material processing status. Other features include: wear-resistant plates on the inside and steel frames on the outside.

Application

Different spindle lengths and material feed opening sizes can satisfy most applications in the field of plastic recycling. BX series crusher is mainly used for the centralized treatment of waste plastics, and the primary and secondary crushing of bales. If the shredder is broken again, the output will be greatly increased. When crushing many materials like plastic bottles, if you want to increase the output, it is a good choice to assemble forced feeding on the crusher. When crushing rough materials (higher density and dirty), the crusher needs to be equipped with special protection devices, such as hardening of the surface of the spindle, protection of the shield and other key parts.
